This vegan and vegetarian cooking community is all about sharing. We share food at the table and we share our stories of why that food is so special to us, right here. Have a read of our story of the month and then share yours with us!
We’re here to create a vegan and vegetarian cooking community, filled with lovely, like-minded people, where we can discuss vegan and vegetarian lifestyles, health, sickness, recipes and medical stats, while educating our own communities on healthy eating. Obesity and sickness run in many of our families and, so often, it’s caused by a lack of fruit and veg and poor diets in general. We know the problem – together, we’re the solution! Join our Facebook group to get involved and find your food tribe!
Check out our YouTube channel! We’re uploading regular videos, with recipes, stories and the general buzz within the vegan and vegetarian cooking community. You’ll find African, Indian and Caribbean recipes, all packed with SOUL. Subscribe now!
The whole point of this vegan and vegetarian cooking community is to see people come together and share the stories of what food and, more specifically, momma’s home cooking, means to them. As we go about the day-to-day, it can be easy to forget that, around the world, 1 in 9 people go to bed hungry each night! We want to give massive support to Action Against Hunger and we encourage you to do the same. Don’t forget the dough – every penny counts toward solving world hunger!
